Question 1: What jobs do you carry out?
Answer 1: We carry out servicing of all chimneys and flues and offer a comprehensive Health & Safety Service in your home.

Question 2: How much will it cost?
Answer 2: We have standard pricing for all jobs and hourly rates for those we cannot specify exact times due to their nature.

Question 3: Do I have to book an appointment for an estimate?
Answer 3: Not normally - most of our work can be quoted over the telephone but if you need a written quote for a more complex job we are delighted to supply one.

Question 4: Do you give me an appointment time?
Answer 4: Yes - we operate our unique one hour window for all standard jobs and guarantee to be there within that hour or call you to advise if we have been held up.

Question 5: Do you supply any required materials for jobs you carry out?
Answer 5: Yes we do and any material costs are built into our quotes so there are no hidden charges and you pay what we quote you – Guaranteed!

Question 6: Can I trust your Chimney Operatives?
Answer 6: Yes you can. We carry photo ID and we will be pleased to show it to you at any time before we enter your property.

Question 7: How and when do I pay for the work?
Answer 7: You can pay by cash or cheque with bankers guarantee card. Payment is made immediately upon successful completion of the work to your satisfaction unless you have made a different arrangement prior to our visit.

Question 8: Are your Operatives insured in case they damage something?
Answer 8: Yes - Chim Chimeny has their own Business and Public Liability Insurance. Minimum Public Liability is for £2 Million.

Question 9: What happens if I am not happy with the work carried out?
Answer 9: You explain why you are not happy and ask the Operative to rectify it. Chim Chimeny will always resolve the matter with you.

Question 10: How soon can you come around?
Answer 10: You will get a call within 24 hours of making an enquiry to us, and the visit will depend on convenience for you and we will endeavour to meet your requirements at all times.
